Nationwide Home Services, Inc. is proud to be able to offer accurate, timely inspection services covering occupancy status and property condition. NHS Inc., works with organizations to complete inspections according to established guidelines. The Nationwide Home Services network is able to provide clients with direct and prompt information and contractors will work to ensure one of the highest competion rates. NHS Inc. also has within the network several GREEN CONTRACTORS.

Property inspections can cover visual inspections of the exterior and interior inspections to provide highly detailed prevention and preservation reports for clients.

Nationwide Home Services, Inc. network of contractors offer the following inspection services:

Initial Property Inspection

A visual inspection of the exterior with property description verifying client instructions or guidelines

Property Inspection

A visual inspection of the exterior with property description veryfying client instructions or guidelines with no communication with mortgager, occupant(s) or other third parties.

Sale Date Inspection

Contact inspection verifying occupancy and limited third party communication regarding property occupant by sale date.

Bankruptcy Property Inspection

A visual inspection of property exterior to verify occupancy as well as inspection terms set by clients. Communication will not be made with mortgagor, property occupants or other thrid parties.

Mobile/Manufactured Home Inspection

Inspection to verify VIN and HUD tags and if unit if afficed to ground. Detailed description of inspection reports without interior access unless property is vacant or unsecured.

Field Inspection to Verify Occupancy

Contact inspection to verify occupancy with no interior access to include verification attempts of names of property occupants. Communication with neighbors, utlity verification or listing information will be performed should contact with occupants is not possible.

Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure Inspection

Contractor will meet with mortgagor at property to verify property condition, remaining appliances, utility status, debris to be removed, and any damages. Contractor can also begin to secure or winterize the property while providing photo documentation supporting inspection details. Work to be performed to return property to market condition will be reported with bid submittal to client.

Loss Draft Inspection

Inspection of residential properties subject to casualty insurance claims or hazard claims where repairs and rehabilitation work will be performed. Inspection will detail extent of any damage to property as well as extent and nature of repairs required.

Presidential FEMA Inspection

Visual inspection of exterior to determine if property has sustained any visible damage in accordance to Presidential-declared disaster. Inspection can be performed on occupied and vacant, current and deliquent properties.

Monthly Interior Inspections of Secure and Vacant Properties

Monthly interior inspections can be ordered on vacant or lockbox secured properties ensuring compliance with guidelines established by client. Reports will include information from "walk-through" inspections as well as property condition to detail any damage that would require immediate repair.

One Contact Attempt Inspection

One attempt will be made to contact mortgagor during exterior inspection for occupancy verification and property description with no interior access, following guidelines established by client. Mortgagor will be given information for contact with client.

Two Contact Attempt Inspection

No more than two attempts will be made to contact mortgagor during exterior inspection for occupancy verification and property description with no interior access, following guidelines established by client. Mortgagor will be given information for contact with client.

Three Contact Attempt Inspection

No more than three attempts will be made to contact mortgagor during exterior inspection for occupancy verification and property description with no interior access, following guidelines established by client. Mortgagor will be given information for contact with client.
