 Policing

"Policing" is a term borrowed from the military and refers to systematically walking through parking lots, dock and sidewalk areas picking up litter and trash. This service is contractually arranged and performed on a regular schedule. Our policing staff is trained to look for maintenance problems in these areas and report anything they find back to our service coordinator. The policer can check vacancies and mechanical rooms as directed for security or maintenance concerns.
